Sydow is a performing singer/songwriter, pianist and guitarist. He received his degree from the University of Colorado at Denver in Piano Performance in May 2013 and has been teaching in the Denver area for several years. As a pianist, Sydow has extensive knowledge in boogie woogie, blues, jazz, traditional jazz, rock, pop, and classical genres. He also played at a dueling piano bar in Denver right after graduating college. As a songwriter and band leader, he has opened for luminaries such as Tab Benoit, Anders Osborne, Delbert McClinton, Dick Dale, and many others.
Sydow is also an accomplished vocalist, guitarist, slide guitarist and songwriter. He is committed to helping his students set and achieve their goals and become well rounded, quality musicians.
Adrienne sings, teaches, and writes in varied styles including pop, rock, jazz, soul, and electronica. She teaches commercial vocal skills to clients in Colorado and around the world via Skype, including an American Idol participant who reached the top six, and various professional musicians. She is also the creator of video-based vocal training product Nail Every Note and the instructional 2-DVD set entitled The Zen of the Stage: Performing in the Zone. She is signed with New York-based boutique production music licensing company Sway, and has music licensed to Flavorlab Records, Triple Scoop Music, the Play Network, and others.
Adrienne is the lead vocalist – and previously the bassist – for her indie pop band Adrienne O, and is also the keyboardist in the duo lineup of that project. She has performed at venues of all sorts across Colorado including Coors Field, the Hard Rock Cafe, the Gothic Theatre, the Bluebird Theatre, the Fox Theater, and countless bars and festivals with the Tom Petty Project, the Sisters of Rock, electronica duo Teal & Tangent, Urban Dance Theory, the Fever, That 80's Band, and Guitar Villians, among others.
Adrienne O (the band) was the winner of the Best Pop Performance category, and Adrienne herself was the winner of the Best Music Teacher category, in the 2016 Colorado Rock Awards.
Bill Lewis is a guitarist, singer songwriter & Instructor active in the Denver music scene. His musical roots began on the Sunset Strip in the 80’s performing with many of the day’s top bands such as Guns N Roses, Great White, Poison, Warrant, Slaughter and many more. Bill has also worked in the studio with producers like Kim Fowley (Runaways) Tim Bogart (Jeff Beck) & Paul Sabu (Bon Jovi) to name a few. He spent most of the 80’s & 90s touring the US & Japan with various Bands.
In 2006 Bill and his family moved to Denver and he has been teaching guitar in Highlands Ranch for the past 10 years. Bill specializes in teaching classic rock, Blues, Pop & Metal.
Bill enjoys teaching students of all ages, and is passionate about enriching the lives of others through music education.
Justin Leighton Long is a musician, engineer and record producer who has worked in various styles including blues, country, rock, rap and pop. Justin was a founding member, lead guitarist and songwriter for the band No Address. No Address released Time Doesn’t Notice on Atlantic Records, with their debut single “Sadie (When I’m Gone)” standing at #11 on the Billboard Radio charts for 22 weeks. No Address toured North America extensively and Justin’s compositions have been featured in feature films and television series, as well as continuing to maintain airplay around the world, (as a fun fact) recently reaching #1 on the college radio charts in Bosnia.
As a recording engineer and producer, Justin has worked for bands signed to labels including Atlantic, Elektra, Immortal, Wind Up, Curb, Blind Bat, S-Curve, Victory, Blues Legacy and J Records.
Tyler is a truly versatile vocalist and musician with performance experience in genres as diverse as collegiate a cappella, rock, pop punk, folk, and church worship. He has covered vocal roles from tenor to bass, and musical roles as lead singer, guitarist, and bassist.Tyler graduated from CU-Denver with a music degree with an emphasis in recording arts and is working on opening a mastering studio.
In lessons, Tyler’s students enjoy his attention to their specific needs and goals. Depending on students’ skills, needs, and interests, he teaches by drawing from varied schools and approaches, as well as suggesting directions in which to stretch their skills to serve their long-term interests.
Justin's experience in vocal pedagogy and performance, make him a natural and versatile teacher for students.
Harold studied opera for 8 years before going to school to earn an undergraduate degree in musical opera performance. Harold has performed in the Opera Scenes for Puccini's "Gianni Schicchi" as Per Amantio di Nicolaio, as well as Mozart's "The Magic Flute" as the High Priest. While deployed in Afghanistan, Harold had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem for President Obama.
